Data Subject Rights

As Data Subjects, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Data Protection Law:

• To learn whether Personal Data is being processed.
• To request further information if Personal Data has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of Data Processing and whether Personal Data is being used in line with such purpose.
• To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom Personal Data is transferred.
• To request the correction of Personal Data that is processed incompletely or inaccurately.
• To request the erasure or destruction of Personal Data.
• To request the notification of the correction, erasure, or destruction to the third parties to whom personal data are transferred.
• To object to the unfavorable result about the Data Subject led by the analysis of Personal Data which are being processed exclusively by automatic means.
• To claim damages for the unlawful processing of Personal Data.
